To be fair, I was urging folks to buy shares in Fox Marble (FOX) last week but it seems I was a bit wrong about the maths and our in-house BB savant PL was right. Does that make Fox a raging FYB buy on Tuesday? I then look at ScotGold (SGZ) and yet another scandal and finally at Flip Flop’s Kavango Resources (KAV) as per my earlier piece HERE. The river Dee is still outside of its banks and I am still rather worried about the killer cows and thus on Saturday morning, for my second Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks training walk, I opted for the most boring of walks: my house to the service station on the Wrexham ring road and back.

Because of the lockdown rules and because so many of its campers have immune deficiency issues, Woodlarks cannot open this year and so it has no income. So if the Rogue Bloggers do not do another walk and do not raise £48,000, Woodlarks may not reopen at all next year so please do donate now HERE. As such, we band of seven have pledged to go the extra mile. This year it is 34 not 33 miles from Winchester to Woodlarks on May 29. And I am not in great shape.

The day is looming when I must consider my New Year’s Resolutions. It is no great shock in that my top few are all to do with being a little bit, no a lot more, healthy. Spending those last couple of weeks with Dad and his death, covid, the second big lockdown here in Wales, the new baby and now Christmas have not been good for my health. The large Christmas jumper given to me by my mother in law is a little tight. I am all too aware of what needs doing. I am 53 in two weeks time and I have a one month old baby so I need to up my game in the healthy living department. It is all very well me considering plans for wind down and retirement but you have to live long enough to get to spend more time with your children and goats.

The Boris Bounce has given Gervais a breather but he has used it for at least one more monumental bluncder. How long can the fund survive? In today’s podcast I look at Versarien (VRS) and explain why Lucian Miers and I have fallen out over this one on the latest edition of ShareProphets Radio. I look at Tern’s (TERN) bollockese trading statement and ask “when’s the placing” or “Show Me The (lack of) Money”. I look at the (bad) news from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) regarding Horse Hill and for me the numbers still do not stack up even with the shares having slumped to 0.675p.
